High speed ELS water-based rotogarvure printing machine for films


Use
Machines in this series are applicable for continuous multi-color printing on rolling materials in good printing performance such as BOPP, CPP, PET, PVC, Nylon, PE,paper and Aluminum Foil broadly applied for all types of super-quality printed matters.
Feature

1. This machine is electronic line shaft system(ELS) printing machine.
2. Unwinder & rewinder is Out-side rotation type double station structure, can realize auto slicing & auto splicing without machine stop. 
3. Auto Registration Color system with video inspection from KESAI company.
4. Pre-registration system to ensure easy registration, decrease material waste when machine beginning.

6.  New ink transfer technology: delivery roller deep in the ink tray to transfer ink to the printing roller, make ink transfer more uniform to get better printing quality without ink flying out when machine in high speed, ink car for easy operation.

1. Shaft-less printing cylinder loading. Pneumatic back pressure moving doctor blade, three side adjusting and double air cylinder pressure.
2. Sealed type oven, outside strong heating system, hot-air circulation system, auto constant temperature control system.
3. Adopting aluminum alloy guide roll after anode oxidation processing and in balance.
4. Super Heavy duty QPQ carbone penetrate side walls(Thickness 80mm).
