This machine is used to slitting and rewinding all kinds of roll materials such as BOPP,PET,CPP,PVC,PE,NYLON,PAPER AND LABLES slitting.(if slitting paper , need use rotary blade )

Machine Features

1.Imported PLC for centralized control with HMI touch screen — working parameters can be set and displayed according to different products.

2.Unwinder adopts magnetic powder brake with PLC auto-calculated roll diameter for automatic tension control.

3.Unwinder loading/unloading uses air shaft with pneumatic lift and EPC system for high efficiency.

4.Rewinder adopts frequency motor with PLC auto-calculated roll diameter for automatic tension control.

5.Slitting uses flat or circular knives for neat cut surface; waste trim is removed by blower.

6.System includes meter counting, rewinding diameter calculation, and auto stop when preset length is reached.
