This machine is used to slitting and rewinding all kinds of roll materials such as BOPP,PET,CPP,PVC,PE,NYLON,PAPER AND LABLES slitting.

Machine Features

1. The rewinding shaft working by inverter motor directly. It use vector frequency inverter to realize
automatic tension control. 

2. Rewinding air shaft can discharge, it is convenient for unloading.

3. Unwind unit use air brake, roll diameter accounted automatically by PLC, automatic tension control.

4. Unwind frame automatic lifting up and down, so it is convenient to load and unload material 
with high efficiency.

5. Slitting unit adopts round knife for slitting, disk tidy, have edge waste device.

6. The system has meter counting, automatic stop by setting length you need.

7. The system has perfect mechanic, electric and pneumatic design, also good safety protection.
