Function description

Unwinding part

> Unwinding method: The material roll is lifted and lowered by a shaftless oil cylinder. Split rack, rack thickness 40mm.

> Unwinding correction: This machine adopts an analog correction system to track the edge of the material or the printing line.

> Deviation adjustment device: The unwinding aluminum guide roller has a longitudinal deviation adjustment device, so that the material can run parallel to the guide roller to the maximum extent, and ensure the winding accuracy and quality.

> Unwinding tension detection: Hall switch, cooperate with pneumatic brake to realize unwinding tension. The unwinding warp is detected by the Hall switch, the output torque is calculated, and the tension is automatically calculated by the PLC.

> Unwinding control: The machine control has the functions of starting, stopping, speed regulation, unwinding residual material alarm and unwinding tension adjustment.

> Meter counting: The encoder is used to detect the working length, which has the advantages of high precision and high resolution. Considering the requirements of the production process, the program design has functions such as accumulative meter counting and automatic shutdown when the number is reached.
