USE:
This machine is applicable for cutting of various wrappers, such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC, elestrification alumina membrane, aluminizing menbrane, pressure-sensitive adhesive and paper.
Feature:
1) Imported PLC for centralied control is used for electrical control system, man-machine is carried out by touch screen, set and display working parameters according to the requirenment from different products.
2) Rewinder adopts vector frequency inverter, roller diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control.
3) Unwinder adopts magenetic power brake, rollerg diameter calculated by PLC to realize automatic tension control.
4) The machine has independent unwinding frame, hydralic Feeding, loading and unloading using shafe-less pneumatic cone top type. It is easy for loading, unloading and with high effciency.
5) Rewinding shaft is double slip air shaft, uses the straight knife and rotary knives for slitting, regularity disc surface, air exhausting device for the waste.
6) Unwinder has web guide system.
7) The system has meter counting, winding diameter operation, automatic stop by setting lenght you need first.
8) The system has a perfect integration desingn with machine, electricity and pneumatic, and takes complete safety protective measures.
