Description of the main parts
Operation illustration
1.on the operation box there exists a "stop" button, when the button been pressed, but the green indicator light is still bright then the whole machine is without electricity. Material Roll System
The material roll system is mainly combined with material putting roller, transition roller, floating roller, switch and control board.

EPC Control System

Die-cutting System
The die-cutting system is mainly combined with Base plate, mold plate, mold and impact plate.
Generally the upper base plate has been adjusted the position before they leave the factory, and four feet are fixed and do not need to be adjust. Diffusion Knife System (Slice)

At the beginning,the diffusion knife should be empty cut first to find high position then officially start the feed and cutting.

Winding and Scrap edge
When the scrap edge, put the scrap plate inside the waste paper tube and adjust the The friction of friction plate to get suitable stretched tension.

When slicing, work bedpalte must be fixed firm, slicing number can be set to 1 to 99 and cut the number from 1-99 according to needs and move the diffusion knife.
If the final product needs to winding to put on the automatic labeling machine, bedplate should be demolition and closed cutter button (remember that no one shall be closed the cutter button during work), set the cut number to 0 and carry the diffusion knife to the high position where has the light. after fixed and put it on the cutter, it can be switched on continuous winding, the winding tension control is just like Scrap collection, the larger the tube is, the big the friction force will be.
